past tax forms

Is it the responsibility of the employer to mail W2 tax forms?
My husband and his former employer (cousin) argue and the employer refuses to mail the tax w2 forms for the past year. He insists that my husband to pick them up (I think because he wants confrontation). How can we send him?
They can send them to yourself or they can give them to you. If it does not work there anymore, he must send them – your husband is not necessary to go pick them up. If you are not huge hurry for them, wait until 2 / 15, and if you do not have it by then, call the IRS and report. They will be on his case, and you're likely to get it quickly enough then.
