Filing Canadian Tax Return – Form 1042-S?

I am preparing my tax return and recieved a form 1042-S from some profit sharing stock I have from a previous employer. I have no idea what to do with this form. Can someone help? The income code on the form is income code 1. Thanks in advance.

Can provincial (Quebec) Government still garnish my salary or take my property if I move to Ontario?

Here is my question i unfortunately have not filed taxes coming since 2003, I worked in Ontario since 2001 and live in Quebec my whole life until today, last year I moved to Ottawa .. I am in the process of clearing my mess and I think the I think bankruptcy have approximatly the Government of Quebec 5000 dollars i have been lucky over the years they have my wages garnished or actions, but I can not wait longer I need to fix it now .. I have to file for 5 years am back and have received my form From 2003 until 2008 in both Quebec and federal and provincial that I am scared of now is that provincial governments have now my new address I am afraid they will take action against me before I go out of business my question is can you garnish my wages or take measures even though I now reside in another province? or am I protected against the action taken against me? thanks for your help

I 'm not sure if Revenue Quebec has full authority in Ontario. Call anonymously to the Collection Division of Revenue Quebec and ask them.
