Questions for U.S. tax return Form 1040NR-EZ?

I am currently completing my tax return for 2007 (I know I'm late!). I spent three months in the USA with a J1 visa and got very little money, but I get a refund of taxes that were withheld. My income was (roughly) 2900 and the deduction of exemptions from line 13 seems to be $ 3,500. This leaves me with negative taxable income on line 14. I guess I put this as 0? Also, does this mean I get a refund of all federal taxes paid? Finally, I intend to send the following forms 1040NR-EZ 8843 W2 copies of passport, visa, etc. Is this all I need to send to the IRS?
