If I have filed a tax return in sales in January should I understand that in my income tax?

I did some cleaning on the side to earn money. I made $ 2,400 in 6 months in 2007. I have a licsense sales tax and I filed already. My question is what do I do the sales tax return for my tax returns and this will be reflected in my statement?
